Violette's GF Sourdough Starter

This is our own 17 year old starter. We freeze dry it so that you can make starter at your own convenience. Most people who sell sourdough starter sell it "fresh", which typically means you only have less than 24 hours to begin to make your batch. Our freeze dried starter can last a year or more. Instructions on how to grow your starter are on the package. You can expect to be able to use it within 3-5 days of activating the starter. Bonus, you can but flour from us to feed your starter. We use our "bread" flour. We don't know of anyone else selling 100% gluten free starter. In 17 years we've never used anything but GF flour in our starter.
