 Our dairy free Lemon Tarts are made with organic lemons, organic cane sugar (low glycemic), pasture raised eggs, and a lot of love. They are a tart lemon, so if you like sweet lemon bars, these are not that. These are more like homemade lemonade tart. So refreshing for the summer. Or any time of the year. We’ve tried to eliminate them in winter months to the vociferous protest of our customers! No nuts
