Our Vegan Sourdough bread is made with starter our founder started 17 years ago when she lived in France. It is slow rise bread which keeps it fresher for a few days, a trick our founder learned from a well-known bread baker in France. It is simply made with our bread flour blend of millet, sorghum, tapioca and potato starch, Gf oat, organic olive oil, psyllium, salt, and a touch of xanthan.
