Bagels (Vegan)

 Our Vegan Bagels are made with our 17 year old house made sourdough starter. It  is simply made with our bread flour blend, Gf oat, organic olive oil, psyllium, salt, and a touch of xanthan.  They are boiled, rolled in seeds and baked at high temp to give it a crusty outside and chewy inside. We can’t keep these in stock at our store.
