3 Lb Gluten Free Bread Flour

This is the flour we use (along with our GF brioche flour blend) to make our sourdough bread. It can be used with our GF starter to make your Sourdough Mother.  Ingredients: Millet, Sorghum, Brown Rice, Tapioca and Potato starch.
